How to Request the Deletion of Your Personal Data

If you have any issues using the tool, you can also send an email to our support team at [your support email address] with the subject line "Personal Data Deletion Request." Please include the following information in your email:

  • The email address you used to make purchases with us.
  • Your full name as it appears on your orders.
  • The order number of your most recent purchase (if available).\

 


 

What happens after you submit a request?

 

Once we receive your request, we will take the following steps:

  1. We will verify your identity to ensure the request is valid.
  2. We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.
  3. We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.

Please note that once your personal data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you decide to make a purchase in the future, you will need to create a new customer account.
