If you land on the start of the Fall Back bar then to proceed backwards following the arrows to the end of the Fall Back. Fall Back comes with a start, an end and 1 middle Fall Back piece. The middle pieces are optional and you can have have as many Fall Back middle pieces between the start and end as you like.
